The following images are samples of my work from 1994 to the present. The work reflects my personal passion for innovation and experimentation in woodturning. Over the years I have found the characteristics of the wood itself often dictates the shape and style of the piece. One of the joys of woodturning is discovering the hidden beauty within the grain and colour. Burl especially, contains surprises that can either please the artist or condemn the piece to the wood stove.
Finished creations are signed and marked with the type of wood used. Each piece is one of a kind. I hope you enjoy my work. If you have any inquiries about commissions or prices or if you are a woodturner and would like to discuss styles and techniques, please me.
